New Poll Shows Voters Confidence In Palin Rising

As the Presidential campaign winds down to it’s final days, Americans have confidence in Governor and Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

In spite of main stream media attempts to paint her as unqualified and unpopular, even as she draws turn away, enthusiastic crowds to her rallies, a growing number of Americans do not believe this and have concluded that Governor Palin not only is qualified to be Vice President, she actually has more qualifications to be President, due to her governing experience , than either of her opponents. This, according to a new poll taken by VIP – Veracity In Polling.

In a poll taken from 10/27/thru 10/30,fifty nine percent of voters surveyed said that Palin was not only prepared for the job, but would probably be one of the best Vice Presidents in US history.

More than half of voters polled said the vice-presidential selection would be a major factor influencing their vote for president, and those voters broadly favor Senator John McCain.

Many voters said that Palin helped John McCain more than Senator Joe Biden helps Barack Obama, the Democratic Presidential candidate.

While a majority viewed Palin as uniquely qualified for the vice presidency, roughly three-quarters of voters saw Obama’s running mate, Senator Joseph  Biden, as a poor choice for the job.

The number of voters who said Biden was a drag on Obama was evenly driven by Democrats, Republicans and independents.

Overall views of Palin were due to her experience as Governor of Alaska, her vast knowledge on energy issues, her family values, her believability and the fact that as a Washington outsider, she brings a “breath of fresh air” to national politics.

McCain Leading Obama – Libs In Frenzy

The team of Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin is leading their opponents in the race for the White House. They have to be. How else do you explain the latest and most intense round of lies, smears, half truths, false and misleading reporting , the usual cries of racism, scare tactics and phony boasts of confidence put out by the Democratic team and their liberal media partners in crime, all done to create as much chaos, uncertainty and deception as possible?

The mountain of lies and deception is so high, that you need an oxygen tank every time you read something in the print media or watch something on tv. The libs are in a frenzy. They cannot believe that their men aren’t running away with this election, so they simply lie, knowing no one in the media will call them on it, and,in fact ,the media will help in the spreading of the lies.

These are experienced, professional liars. They know where to attack. They attack what they believe to be their enemy at it’s strength, the thing they fear the most. The thing they fear the most in this campaign is Sarah Palin, a brilliant, self made, all-American woman, the most exciting  Vice Presidential candidate in the history of the USA, a positive role model for every young woman in America, who has been electrifying overflow crowds across the country. They have no answer for her, so they attack with hatred, both personal and professional. They lie about her effect on the campaign. They lie that she is no longer popular with women. She is the greatest asset there is to the McCain ticket, but they lie to the public to plant seeds of doubt in the minds of people who still get their news from network tv, daily news rags and magazines in doctors offices.

They suppress any positive news about Palin. Want proof? Just do a search at Google or Yahoo for Palin Rallies , then do it for Obama Rallies and see what you get? What you get for Palin is nothing except the McCain announcements about them and links to sites about protests being organized for her rallies. Nothing about the actual rallies, the rallies where she continues to draw record setting crowds for a VP candidate, crowds of enthusiastic supporters. No pictures, nothing positive at all. For Obama, headlines of large crowds with loads of pictures. It is shameful. They know they’re losing on the issues, so they try to distract the public from them and are trying to make this election about Sarah Palin.

They lie about polls, polls bought and paid for by the very media that reports them. They write deceptive headlines that conflict with the actual story. In one instance this week, ABC actually reported that McCain had closed to within 2 points of Obama, then continued with the headline that Palin’s losing of popularity was dragging McCain down!  They are now creating false rumors of discord between McCain and Palin, none of which are true, citing the usual , nameless “inside sources”, and now they are looking under every rock in the USA trying to find a Republican willing to comment about Palin, so they can twist it into something they can use to harm her. They post stories with headlines like “Is Palin a Drag On McCain? If it weren’t so sad it would be a joke.

They’ve sent out mailers to union members, telling them that if Obama were white, it would be no contest, effectively calling their rank and file racists. They know there is a great resistance to the Obama team by union members, a group the Democrats always have had in their back pockets. Not only are they calling their members racists, they are also calling them stupid. How else can you tell tens of thousands of workers not to vote for a man who wants to build 40 nuclear reactors that will keep them working steadily for at least the next ten years and whose vice presidential candidates spouse is a union steelworker and instead, support someone who refuses to build even one?

Perhaps their lowest and dirtiest tactic is to post articles mentioning how there may be riots all across America if Obama loses. Again, fear, intimidation and the race card, played by the team of the great uniter. Obama has caused more division in the country than anyone in it’s great history.

On election night, you can be sure that they will declare victory for Obama as early as they possibly can, while waiting as late as possible to declare McCain the winner in any state they feel he will win, in order to create the illusion of an Obama landslide and to discourage people in central and western states from voting. By making it appear that the race is over, there is no reason to vote. The bottom line here amounts to a massive attempt at voter suppression.

The entire Obama candidacy is one of perception and deception. Since we all know the polls are tainted and biased, we have to come to the conclusion that McCain and Palin are winning, that America has come to it’s senses and will not put a Socialist regime whose plan for America is made up of nothing but lies, smoke and mirrors and will lead America down a path of damage and destruction that will take years to recover from, in the White House.

Murtha The Racist At It Again

Keeping our promise to call out all attempts at racial intimidation made from the left, we bring you Rep.John Murtha of PA. A week or so after telling the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: “There is no question that western Pennsylvania is a racist area” and that some voters were reluctant to vote for Barack Obama because of his race and after a feeble attempt at an apology, he went and did it all over again, telling WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh, that “this whole area, years ago, was really redneck”, inferring that a “redneck” won’t vote for Obama because of his race.

Murtha, this is Democratic race baiting at it’s best, or it’s worst. How anyone in their right mind could cast a vote for you, or Obama after twice being called racists, is completely beyond me. This is the same race baiting you and your party are using against the elderly all over the country, the same race baiting that unions are using against their own rank and file members in the great state of Pennsylvania. No prominent Republican has ever mentioned race in this race. Race is ALWAYS  brought up by a Democrat

BTW, the race baiting does not work anymore. Any American with a working brain can see right through it.

What Biden Really Said…..Obama To Reinstate Draft

This breaking story originated from one of our friends named Ijane at

When all the pieces from past comments made by Obama and Biden, it is clear that Obama plans to reinstitute the draft. No wonder they were fuming at Biden for his recent comments. So far, the media hasn’t put two and two together and haven’t read between the lines. Here is what Ijane put together:

Obama made clear that he was a strong supporter of the draft at the ServiceNation Presidential Forum at Columbia University on Sept. 11, 2008 and I don’t know why the MSM or the McCain campaign let that one slip right by. Obama on the draft speaking at Columbia:

But it’s also important that a president speaks to military service as an obligation not just of some, but of many. You know, I traveled, obviously, a lot over the last 19 months. And if you go to small towns, throughout the Midwest or the Southwest or the South, every town has tons of young people who are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. That’s not always the case in other parts of the country, in more urban centers. And I think it’s important for the president to say, this is an important obligation. If we are going into war, then all of us go, not just some.…ia-university/

The Obama campaign is playing down Biden’s “gaffe” by saying that international crisis is common when a new president takes office. They’re correct in saying that. The point that Biden was making was not that Obama will be tested but rather some very specific decisions that Obama was going to make that would be unpopular with Americans regarding the crisis. He’s warning that the decisions that Obama would make are going to be so unpopular that the polls will reflect a very low popularity rating for Obama. He explains that it will be a decision that people will claim not to have known that he’d make. I believe that Bidden is talking about Obama imposing the draft. Although Obama said he favors the draft at the forum, it’s never been in the MSM and the vast majority of people have no idea. A lot of his support is coming from people and groups who believe that Obama wants to keep us out of war and conscription contradicts that. Biden:

“Mark my words,” the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday. “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.”“I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate,” Biden said to Emerald City supporters, mentioning the Middle East and Russia as possibilities. “And he’s gonna need help. And the kind of help he’s gonna need is, he’s gonna need you – not financially to help him – we’re gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it’s not gonna be apparent initially, it’s not gonna be apparent that we’re right.”
“I’ve forgotten more about foreign policy than most of my colleagues know, so I’m not being falsely humble with you. I think I can be value added, but this guy has it,” the Senate Foreign Relations chairman said of Obama. “This guy has it. But he’s gonna need your help. Because I promise you, you all are gonna be sitting here a year from now going, ‘Oh my God, why are they there in the polls? Why is the polling so down? Why is this thing so tough?’ We’re gonna have to make some incredibly tough decisions in the first two years. So I’m asking you now, I’m asking you now, be prepared to stick with us. Remember the faith you had at this point because you’re going to have to reinforce us.”There are gonna be a lot of you who want to go, ‘Whoa, wait a minute, yo, whoa, whoa, I don’t know about that decision’,” Biden continued. “Because if you think the decision is sound when they’re made, which I believe you will when they’re made, they’re not likely to be as popular as they are sound. Because if they’re popular, they’re probably not sound.”
Biden emphasized that the mountainous Afghanistan-Pakistan border is of particular concern, with Osama bin Laden “alive and well” and Pakistan “bristling with nuclear weapons.””You literally can see what these kids are up against, our kids in that region,” Biden said in recalling when his helicopter was forced down due to a snowstorm there. “The place is crawling with al Qaeda. And it’s real.”

We do not have the military capacity, nor have we ever, quite frankly, in the last 20 years, to dictate outcomes,” he cautioned. “It’s so much more important than that. It’s so much more complicated than that. And Barack gets it.”…to-suppor.html

Calculate Your Obama Tax Increase With This Handy Calculator

I found this in the Patriot Room and thought you’d like to find out exactly how much Obama’s tax plan is going to cost you. Thanks to Bill Dupray

“This is a cool little site where you can prove Obama is a liar on taxes. You can put in your tax filing status; single, married filing jointly, etc., and then put in your taxable income. You can do it for any year, so give it a shot for 2008 and THEN TRY IT FOR 2000, WHICH IS WHAT YOU WILL OWE once Obama repeals Bush’s tax cuts. Give it a try.”

Link is here. Look for the small box with “calculate” button.

Former Secretaries Of State Endorse McCain/Palin

In light of the over-hyped endorsement of Barack Obama by Colin Powell, I thought it would be nice to inform the world (the version of the world that gets it’s news from the MSM) that four, count ’em four former Secretaries of State have endorsed Senator John McCain for President of The United States. The four are Henry Kissinger, James Baker, Lawrence Eagleburger and Alexander Haig, all distinguished in their service to the USA.Though they are all Caucasian, none of their endorsements are based on race and by supporting McCain and Palin, they eliminate the experience factor as far as Palin being “just a heartbeat away” from the Presidency.

Warmonger Powell Hurts Obama

John McCain’s “friend”, Colin Powell, gave his buddy one last parting gift, maybe without even realizing it, when he announced his support of Barack Obama on Sunday. How, you might ask? Simple. Just do a search on your search engine of choice for Warmonger Colin Powell. I performed this task and came up with over 45,000 instances. Go ahead and read some of the articles there and you’ll find that, in spite of the usual liberal media spin, celebrating this as some sort of  validation and victory for Obama, this endorsement is not a good thing for the Obama team. Article after article reeks of the usual left wing hatred toward conservatives. Most liberals despise Powell for his involvement in the war in Iraq and for his being part of the hated George Bush administration. It would be unrealistic to expect the Powell haters to suddenly forgive and forget all they claim Powell did just because he has tied his wagon to Obama. Some will gleefully, publicly embrace him just to stick it to McCain, but deep inside they will still hate him. Others won’t forgive the man they loved to call “Uncle Tom” and may take it out on Obama for bringing the great warmonger into his party. They don’t want him on their team.

Meanwhile, McCain is happy to see him go. It’s another thing to separate him from the Bush administration.

When the rumors about it started swirling last week, this appeared to be a negative for McCain/Palin, but after having time to digest it, the endorsement by Powell will do more harm than good to Obama/Biden and that is why they are spinning this so hard.

Thanks, Colin.

Your (ex) pal,

Johnny Mac
